Niche is bringing "bistronomy" back to its Sidney Street location. Inspired by the young chefs in France, "bistronomy" embodies what executive chef, Gerard Craft, has always loved about cooking, which is sharing good food and wine in a fun environment with family and friends. For the past 5 years Craft has been developing cutting edge cuisine, gaining many accolades along the way. Today Gerard wants to bring Niche back to its roots, where he started: affordable, unpretentious, modern American cuisine. "That's what it's all about! Not the china or the white tablecloths, but about enjoying yourself without breaking the bank". Starting on March 14th, you will be able to enjoy any three courses at Niche for $35. Don't expect Niche to hold back on the food, though, as Gerard will continue to use only the best ingredients possible. "It's all about being creative with your resources," Craft said. "We are all very excited about this and it feels very natural."
